Priprema
- Šampinjone dinstati na puteru.
- MADI pileću pljeskavicu rastanjiti, zatim redati na nju naribani sir, šampinjone, pa opet sir, poklopiti drugom rastanjenom pljeskavicom.
- Krajeve spojiti i pritisnuti viljuškom. Pržiti na malo ulja.
Umak:
- Isjeckati i ispržiti 2 kom šampinjona, preliti ih bešamelom, dodati celer i sve zajedno kratko dinstati.
